  9.           pbmtoepsi - convert a portable bitmap into an encapsulated
  10.           PostScript style preview bitmap

  12.      SYNOPSIS
  13.           pbmtoepsi [-bbonly] [pbmfile]

  15.      DESCRIPTION
  16.           Reads a portable bitmap as input.  Produce an encapsulated
  17.           Postscript style bitmap as output. The output is not a stand
  18.           alone postscript file, it is only a preview bitmap, which
  19.           can be included in an encapsulated PostScript file.  Note
  20.           that there is no epsitopbm tool - this transformation is one
  21.           way.

  23.           This utility is a part of the pstoepsi tool by Doug Crabill
  24.           (dgc@cs.purdue.edu).

  28.                Only create a boundary box, don't fill it with the
